Because jewelry is a personal item, we kindly ask that you review our policy before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns for refunds once an order has been processed.

All sales are considered final.

However, we're committed to making things right if there is an issue with your order.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 15 days of delivery for the following situations:

• Incorrect ring size received
• Incorrect color received (Gold or Silver)
• Item received differs from what was ordered

To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Be in its original condition
• Include original packaging
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

To request an exchange, please email hello@lovelle.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief explanation of the issue
• Clear photos of the item received

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every order before shipment.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging

Once approved, we will provide one of the following solutions at no additional cost:

• Replacement item
• Store credit
• Alternative resolution when appropriate

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After an order has entered processing or fulfillment, cancellation requests can no longer be guaranteed.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@lovelle.com.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items cannot be exchanged, refunded, or credited:

• Personalized or custom-made jewelry
• Engraved items
• Clearance or final sale items
• Mystery gift items
• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Exchange Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless:

• The wrong item was received
• The item arrived damaged
• The item arrived defective

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item.

Lovelle is not responsible for packages lost during return transit.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our support team before opening a payment dispute or chargeback.

Our team is committed to finding a fair solution whenever possible.
