Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

The free shipping threshold applies after discounts and promotional codes have been applied.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment confirmation.

You can monitor your package directly through the carrier's website or via the tracking link provided in your email.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Lovelle is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@lovelle.com. Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the shipping carrier may leave instructions for redelivery or local pickup.

Customers are responsible for arranging redelivery or collecting their package according to the carrier's instructions.

Packages returned to Lovelle due to failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.

Shipping Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Lovelle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:

• Contacting household members or neighbors
• Contacting your local post office or carrier
